🛏️ Single Occupancy (Private Room – Upgrade Option)

For those interested in a private room, we want to be transparent:

The resort rate for a single room is approximately $3,200

Your KatCares retreat experience remains $1,280 

👉🏾 This brings the estimated total for single occupancy to approximately

$4,400–$4,500, depending on current resort pricing and availability. 

Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of request, and all upgrades must be paid as a

one-time fee once secured.

Payment Options

We are offering the following payment arrangements

1. KatCares Installment Plan (Standard Option) 

$360/month for 10 months

Begins April 1, 2026

Available for participants who have already submitted the $150 deposit

2. Pay in Full Option

Pay the full balance at once

Ideal for those who prefer to complete payment upfront 

3. Flexible Payment Option (Pay-As-You-Go)

Requires a $1,000 non-refundable commitment fee due by April 1, 2026

Remaining balance can be paid at your own pace

Full balance must be completed by December 1, 2026
