Are you a glass Half Full or a glass Half Empty type of person?
Seeing the glass as half full promotes optimism. According to the dictionary, optimism is hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something. When your perspective is more optimistic you are able to tap into a joy that’s unexplainable. When you think optimistic thoughts your brain releases positive chemicals that makes it easier for you to feel happier. Seeing the glass as half full allows you to see the brighter side of things. I challenge you to take control of your mind. Taking control of your mind is like grabbing the wheel of a vehicle in efforts to drive with safety and control. Positive thinking is a foundational principle to living a happier and fulfilling LIFE... Stop existing and start LIVING, by staying positive, present, and productive while seeing the glass as half full.
