Virtual Support for the Wellness Journey, Guidance and the Future of Youth & Transition Age YouthÂ
The KatCares Youth & Transitional-Age Youth Coaching Program is a compassionate, trauma-informed coaching experience designed for youth (ages 12–17) and transitional-age young adults (ages 18–24) who are navigating emotional stress, life transitions, or healing from past challenges. While this program is not therapy, it thoughtfully integrates therapeutic principles to support personal growth, emotional development, and resilience.
Whether you’re a teen managing anxiety, a young adult working through grief or low motivation, or someone simply seeking guidance and structure—you don’t have to do it alone.
This program is for you if you’re dealing with:
- Anxiety, sadness, or emotional overwhelm
- Past trauma or difficult life experiences
- Family stress, peer pressure, or relationship challenges
- Life transitions (school, work, independence)
- Low self-esteem or feeling “stuck”
What to Expect:
- One-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Emotional check-ins and coping strategies
- Confidence-building, self-care planning, and future goal setting
- A safe space to explore what you’re feeling and what you need
- Referrals to therapy or mental health resources if needed
-
It’s important to note all coaching and therapy services are virtual via zoom conferencing. Please assess your youth’s maturity level to engage by using the conferencing platform.ÂÂ
At KatCares, we meet young people exactly where they are—with warmth, honesty, and the tools to help them grow. Our coaching creates space for healing without pressure, offering support that’s structured but not clinical.
