Positive SELF- TALK

The Positive Self-Talk Workshop is designed to help individuals think more positively. The focus of the content will be centered around the science of how the brain works. Participants will learn how the brain makes connections from lived experiences. The goal is to understand how lived experiences, positive or negative, can affect one’s thoughts or feelings. It’s important to note that the brain is constantly downloading experiences that lead to hard wiring.  Once an individual has an understanding of how the hard wiring develops in the brain, then the work can begin to undo the negative wiring and reprogram the brain to think more positively.
