GROUP ROOM RESPONSIBILITY POLICY If you choose a shared room (double, triple, or quad occupancy), all occupants are collectively responsible for the full cost of that room type. If one guest cancels for any reason, the remaining occupants are responsible for covering any difference needed to maintain the original room rate. The canceling guest remains fully responsible for paying any remaining unpaid balance on their reservation.

Total Investment: $3,750 per person

✈️ Travel Details

Airport: Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)
• Approximately 15–20 minutes from the resort

Participants are responsible for securing their own:

Flights
Valid passport (recommended 6 months validity beyond travel dates)
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Rooming Policy (Double Occupancy 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏾 – Shared Deluxe Room)

Participants may select their roommate or be paired. If a roommate is not secured, a single occupancy upgrade may be required. All roommates must remain current on payments.

Room upgrades, including single occupancy or alternative room types, are available at an additional cost and will be charged as a one-time fee.

Participants interested in upgrades must contact Kat directly for current pricing, as rates may vary based on hotel availability and daily pricing.

All participants will begin their installment plan based on the standard $3,750 double occupancy rate. Any approved upgrades or add-ons will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full as a one-time charge.

💛 Monarchs Member Discount Policy

Monarchs member discounts are based on your active subscription tier:

Tier 1 – Caterpillar (5%): $187.50
Tier 2 – Cocoon (10%): $375
Tier 3 – Monarchs VIP (15%): $562.50

📌 How the Discount Is Applied

To maintain a consistent monthly payment structure, all participants will follow the standard installment plan.

All ten (10) installment payments must be completed in full before the discount is applied.
The applicable Monarchs member discount will be applied to your final scheduled payment (January 1, 2027).

If all ten (10) installment payments are not completed, the Monarchs member discount will not be applied.

Monarchs membership must remain active and in good standing for the entire duration of the installment plan
Discounts apply to the retreat total of $3,750
Discounts are not issued as refunds
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers

⚠️ Payment, Cancellation & Travel Policy

All payments made toward the KatCares Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your payments secure your reservation and are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange.

The $1,000 commitment fee and the initial $150 deposit will both be applied toward the overall retreat balance of $3,750.

Payment plans must be completed by the final deadline. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

KatCares Retreats is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, travel disruptions, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Participants acknowledge that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
